LOW PROFILE BELT CONVEYOR
ICC low profile belt conveyor are designed with a small drive roller for conveying smaller parts while providing smoother transitions. These units have a small footprint, are very durable, and have hundreds of standard options. ICC even has a low profile indexing conveyor (300 Series) and a new extruded aluminum conveyor designed specifically for automation (AS40 & AS 65).

The slider bed belt conveyor is used in applications where traditional roller conveyor cannot convey the product. Slider beds are useful in applications with small parts or uneven bottoms. Slider beds are usually used for straight transportation. The Troughed bed design incorporates an intergal guard and the box style has no exposed channel. The box slider bed is great for work areas where people will lean against the side frame. The standard slider bed (700SB) is one of the most economical units built.

ROLLER BED BELT CONVEYOR (* 24-hour quick shipping on roller bed belt conveyor)
The roller bed operates like a slider bed but with less friction. Less fraction allows for larger loads with less horsepower. Roller beds can be longer and wider than standard slider beds due to less belt friction.

INCLINED BELT CONVEYOR (* 24-hour quick shipping on inclined belt conveyor)
Incline slider bed belt conveyor are used to change elevation. Inclined units often include feeders (short units at the bottom of the conveyor) and noseover units (short units at the top of the conveyor) for smooth transitions. Most incline units allow upto 35 degrees of incline according to product specifications. A center drive unit allows for reversing of conveyor line.

MATTOP PLASTIC BELT CONVEYOR
Mattop plastic belt conveyors are designed to mmet a wide variety of application needs including: case and package handling, accumulation, spiral, incline, merging, lanners, food processing, underwater, manufacturing, clean room, etc. The advantage of a mattop belt conveyor is a reduced motor count. One motor can power multiple curves and straight sections which reduces transitions between units.
